Proud to be an American

I'm so grateful for those who serve for our country so we can have the freedoms we do. What a great way to celebrate with friends and family. Fireworks, good food, and games.
typical look on peytee's face....makes you feel dumb for whatever you did to get the stink eye
 our friends jeff and chelsea
jeff's a good sport to let my kids crawl all over him
and of course, peyton being peyton and smashing his face into the ground

"A 1/4 of a century"

I heard this phrase so many times last Tuesday. "you're a quarter of a century." Everyone I talked to, told me that like I'm doomed....it was my birthday and I am 25. I'm no longer in my early 20's...I'm officially mid 20's, and guess what?...I'm okay with that. Age is just a number, and I feel more comfortable in my own skin than I ever have. I know who I am and who I want to be. I learn something everyday about myself and couldn't be happier. I have an amazing husband, the best kids, great families and awesome friends.
My mom, sisters and the kids went to "Despicable Me" at the theater. They do replay movies that have already come out on Tuesday mornings during the summer
My niece Brooklyn and me have the same birthday. Its fun to share and celebrate the best day in the world with someone I love! Happy Birthday little B.
